Propulsion Factory Alpha is a browser-based, single-player game offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. By accessing or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
No accounts, no purchases
The game does not require sign-up and does not sell anything. There are no in-game purchases, subscriptions, or paid content at this time.
Your save
Your save belongs to you. We sync it to our server so you can resume play, but we do not claim ownership over your gameplay data and we do not use it for any purpose other than serving the game and improving balance. See the Privacy page for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to break, abuse, or overload the service (including the save API).
- Submit forged or signed-by-you save payloads in an attempt to bypass anti-cheat checks.
- Reverse-engineer the game in order to redistribute it commercially.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or block traffic that appears abusive.
Changes
The game is under active development. Mechanics, balance, save format, and these terms may change. When the save schema changes in a breaking way, we will do our best to migrate existing saves; in some cases a fresh start may be required.
Disclaimer of warranty
The game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, the preservation of your save, or the absence of bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from your use of the game.
